Canceling Your Service

Canceling your service is straightforward:

  1. Log in to My Account: Access your account on our website.
  2. Select Your Subscription: Navigate to the subscription you wish to cancel.
  3. Click “Cancel”: Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation.

Important Note: Your subscription will auto-renew unless you explicitly cancel it. Tracking service fees cannot be refunded or prorated after 30 days.

Returning Products

We aim to make product returns hassle-free:

  • 30-Day Return Policy: You can return any product within 30 days of the order date, no questions asked.
  • Condition of Returned Products: All returned hardware must be in good condition and include the original packaging. Products returned without the original packaging are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
  • Refund Process: We will process your refund once we receive the returned device. Tracking service fees cannot be refunded or prorated after 30 days.

How to Start a Return:

  1. Submit a Support Ticket: Go to our Orders / Shipping support page and submit a ticket to initiate your return.
